一、塑料介電強度測試儀/GB1408-2006擊穿強度測定儀依據(jù)標準：

儀器依據(jù)以下標準中對擊穿電壓部分的要求制造

1、GB1408.1-2006《絕緣材料電氣強度試驗方法》

2、GB1408.2-2006《絕緣材料電氣強度試驗方法 

        第2部分：對應用直流電壓試驗的附加要求》

3、GB/T1695-2005《硫化橡膠工頻擊穿電壓強度和耐電壓的測定方法》

    4、ASTM D149《固體電絕緣材料工業(yè)電源頻率下的介電擊穿電壓和介電強度的試驗方法》

二、用途：

主要適用于固體絕緣材料如絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等介質在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試；該儀器采用計算機控制，可對試驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)進行快速、準確的采集、處理，并可存取、顯示、打印。

三、功能：

本儀器采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式，完成對絕緣介質的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。

    1、試驗過程中可動態(tài)繪制出試驗曲線，試驗的曲線可以多種顏色疊加對比。

2、可對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行編輯修改，靈活適用；

3、試驗條件及測試結果等數(shù)據(jù)可自動存儲；

4、試驗報告格式靈活可變，適用于不同用戶的不同需求；

5、可對一組試驗中曲線數(shù)據(jù)的有效與否進行人為選定；

6、試驗結果數(shù)據(jù)可導入EXECL,WORD文檔編輯；

7、過電流保護裝置有足夠的靈敏度，能夠保證試樣擊穿時在0.1S內切斷電源；

8、儀器運行的持久性: 儀器可連續(xù)運行使用，不需為保護儀器而定期停機。

五、安全說明：

1、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

2、直流試驗放電保護功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動保護,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后保護會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成 傷害)。

3、增配試驗手動放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，當直流試驗過程中突然斷電，可采用手動放電棒進行放電，保證試驗人員的人身安全。

4、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電保護等。

Five, safety instructions:
